Smart Living Professional

Part Time; General Purpose is to report to the Director of Smart Living at Home and provide direct service to the members of the program; BA; 2 + years working with older adults and individuals with dementia; LSW is desirable.

RN/LPN

Staff Nurse; Assisted Living (Dementia Unit); 40 Hours Per Week; 2nd Shift; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Every Other Weekend And Every Other Holiday; Experience Working With The Elderly In A Supervisory Role Is Desirable. 

RN or LPN; Assisted Living; Part Time; 20 Hours Per Week; 4:00 PM-8:00 PM or 5:00 PM-9:00 PM; Every Other Weekend And Every Other Holiday. 

Schedule Friendly PRN In Assisted Living And In Our Nursing Center.

Nursing Assistant

Nursing Center; Full Time; 40 Hours Per Week; 3rd Shift; 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM; Every Other Weekend And Every Other Holiday.

Nursing Center; Full Time; 40 Hours Per Week; 1st Shift; 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; Every Other Weekend And Holiday.

Nursing Center; Part Time; 16 Hours Per Week; All Shifts; Every Weekend.

Schedule Friendly PRN In Assisted Living And In Our Nursing Center.

Dining Services

Wait Staff; Part Time (17.5 Hours Per Week) and PRN; Must Be Flexible And Available To Work Weekends

And Holidays.

Maintenance Worker

40 Hours Per Week; 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Every Other Weekend and Holiday; On-Call 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week; Provide Overall Maintenance (Electrical,Plumbing, Carpentry and HVAC).
