LPN

Resident Care Manager- Assisted Living; 40 Hours per Week, Monday-Friday; Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current valid licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. Must have a minimum of two years experience in a geriatric field with demonstrated leadership ability.

Nursing Assistant

Nursing Center and Assisted Living; Full Time, Part Time and PRN; All Shifts; Every Other Weekend and Holiday.  Must Be a State Tested Nursing Assistant.

Judson Home Care

Home Health Assistant; All Shifts; Includes Weekends And Holidays; Must Be a State Tested Nursing Assistant.

Dining Services

Wait Staff ; PRN; Must Be Able to Work Weekends and Holidays.

Smart Living Professional

Provide personal assistance to members with home management, bill paying, personal shopping, medication management, coordination of services and develop activities for people with memory loss; Part Time with the potential of becoming Full Time; Ideal Candidate will be a Licensed Social Worker or Activities Professional with a minimum of 5 years experience working with older individuals with dementia.

Maintenance Technician

Full Time; Includes a weekend and holiday rotation; Must be able to respond to emergencies and on-call situations; Knowledge of common building maintenance, landscaping, grounds keeping and painting practices is required.
