Judson Home Care Programs
Senior Health Care Management Services
An in-home assessment through the Judson Home Care Registered Nurse who
monitors your changing needs, coordinates supportive services and helps you
with various aspects of household management. Additional customized services
are available. May be customized to include scheduling medical appointments,
management of in-home services, telephone and conference calls with all parties
involved in care giving and researching alternative housing options.
Domestic Companion Live-In Overnight Service
Provides companionship and supportive services on a 24-hour overnight
basis. Care is provided by two caregivers over a seven-day period. This live-in
service is only available to clients residing independently in the community.
Homemaker and Companion Services
This service offers:
•Light housekeeping and laundry
•Conversation and companionship
•Assistance with monitoring of diet, meal planning and preparation
•Preparation of grocery lists, shopping and assistance with other errands
•Medication reminder, which may require a Registered Nurse visit
•Supervision of home maintenance
•Assistance with pet care and plant watering
•Limited mending and sewing
•Transportation, activities and outings
•Assistance with moves from your home or within Judson
Personal Care Hands-On Assistance
Peronalized supportive care services of daily living include:
•All homemaker and companion assistance listed above
•Bathing, showering and personal hygiene
•Dressing and grooming assistance
•Continence management
•Transferring and ambulation
•Assistance with prescribed exercise
Respite Intermittent Home Care
These planned breaks for your caregivers are available:
•From three-to-24-hours a day
•24-hour emergency access
