Land Exercise Classes
Classes are taught by certified instructors and last 45 minutes.
Equipment, mats and towels provided. Class size is limited due to
space.

Aerobics:
Focus is cardiovascular fitness to elevate the heart rate, increasing
energy, stamina and endurance.
Free Weights:
Hand and ankle weights are used in exercises that increase strength,
bone density and muscle tone.
Balance Ball:
The ball is used in a variety of exercises to improve balance & stability.
P.A.C.E.(People
with Arthritis Can Exercise):
An Arthritis Foundation-certified exercise program that focuses
on range of motion, strength and endurance.
Yoga:
Healing moves that can be done sitting, standing or lying down,
incorporating breathing, stretching, strengthening and meditation.
Tai chi:
Slow, deliberate movement patterns focusing on posture & balance
that connect the mind & body.
Pilates I:
An introduction and conditioning class to prepare the body for
the precise method developed by Joseph Pilates.
Pilates II:
The Joseph Pilates exercise method focuses on the inner and outer
abdominal muscles as well as the mid-back, the hip, legs and
arms. It develops the spine & pelvis, improving strength, flexibility
and posture.
