Bruening Health Center
The Health Center offers residential long-term
nursing care, short-term skilled nursing and
rehabilitative care. Unique cluster
floor plans, dining facilities and decentralized nursing
assistant stations contribute to a more home-like environment.
A team of
geriatric physicians and specially trained staff administer
a variety of health
care services. This team approach allows the resident
and family members to maintain their central role in helping
design the
care plan. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Advanced Dementia Care
This unit is designed specifically for the care
of individuals with advanced Alzheimer’s. Our professionally
trained staff care for residents’ physical needs and engage
them in activities throughout the day.
